It is unfortunate that when you have a home warranty company things do not get fixed as fast as you like. This individual has a home warranty policy and we have to wait for approval on them. I do hope all is working well for you. We do NOT do short cuts in our work and are professional when we come to homes and repair system. Maybe we can make you happy in the future. this company is the best!! they are very fast and reliable! i called them on a thursday night at 10 pm, they were at home within the hour!! they stayed and worked until the job was done. i have am so pleased with the work they did. they were reasonably priced!! i will definitely be telling my friends and family about this company!!
