My car was just recently taken to this storage place and I have had so much trouble trying to get my car out. I still have not been successful in getting my car. It is under my grandma's name but she is sick and is not able to come to get it. I asked if I could have a notary made but they said no even though someone said that should work. They charge ridiculous rates and are no help at all and very rude.
