Don't get ripped off!

Today we had a service man come out that was very nice, but the surprise came after 7 minutes and no parts replaced. The tub on my washer was off-center and all they did was shoved it back in place. The job was complete, no parts to replace and no labor rates ever discussed. Then, he says your bill is $98 dollars after stating that the washer looks brand new and didn't...
