Nice folks. Went out of there way to get the system installed correctly and on a timely basis. The only reason I rated 4.5 on work quality was the pipe connector on the PVC pipe to the new sump which they installed, leaked, which I later had to fix. Otherwise, they would have been 5 stars. I will recommend them to friends and neighbors for radon mitigation installation.
