Signs out front promises a free buffet for signing up for the players club. Well I had a players club at Imperial Palace in another state over 100 miles away.. They said they are owned by them... So no free buffet ... Guess what ... No gambling by me.. Was willing to play a bit after dinner... Tossed my card...

Good casino, good food, on a boat

The casino is on a paddle wheel boat docked in Amelia. It has the usual gambling machines and tables. It is no substitute for Las Vegas. Once you join and frequent it, they send you many gifts including gasoline reimbursement. Nice touch.

The Amelia Belle Casino is not one of your bigger boat, but if you love slots, it's two floors of fun. There is a large variety to choose from, including a lot of the new ones and most of the "oldies but goodies". You may have a problem is you play the tables. Three are no problems in weekdays, but...

This casino is build in an old riverboat and is a bit hard to find because the roadsigns aren't all very visible anymore. When we signed up for the players card we got a free Cajun buffet.
