We have been trying to reach one of their property managers for weeks and cannot even get a returned phone call. Very bad way to treat people

Its all about competition! Who can look better instead of teamwork. A time where gossip is very prevalent and hurts the loyal. Shame on you who know who they are!

Unless you enjoy not having your calls returned, a pool overrun by drunks who don't even live at your property, and being treated like dirt by the jokes they hire to work in their management offices, do whatever it takes not to rent an AMC property. Google AMC LLC to see a list of properties to avoid. I'm stuck in a 7 month lease and regret the day I signed it.
