Horrible!!! Dr. Thu Le is one of the most unsympathetic doctors I have ever seen! She treats her staff like they are incompetent and is just plain mean! The staff in turn treats the patients the same way. I have had wait times over two hours without an apology or even acknowledgement of MY waste of time. When you finally get tired of the way this place is run and try to go to another Doctor, she will make sure that when they eventually send your records....three requests later...Dr. Le will state things that are just not true! I'd go to see my vetrinarian before I'd ever recommend her to...

You may not want to hear this but this practice is to be avoided. I'm sorry, but is the truth. This comes from 3 years of aggravation with them. The support staff is the most unprofessional, rude and uncaring group of people I have ever encountered in a medical practice. This applies to every single person behind the reception desk. My wife has been going there for 3 years and complains...
