DO NOT MOVE HERE! If you're considering it, just don't. The low rent and paid utilities is seductive, but it's absolutely not worth it. I've Lived there...

It looks nice and secluded from the outside. The rent is cheap and they pay utilities. Small pets allowed (no dogs/cats). Computer room and gym available. however, These are motel rooms, not apartments! a lot of rules they don't tell you…
