Nancy with this service was outstanding in understanding our cleaning needs. she quoted us a price for 4-5 hours and stayed 7 1/2 hours and that was with 3 people. She didn't ask for additional funds or complain. no communication problems...just did their work. very pleasant experience. thanks, Nancy

They arrived on time, but were not very communicative, they are expensive (changed the rate when they arrived), they cleaned well but left the carpet too wet which affect the look of the carpet after we walked on it
