Sadly, the Amarillo closed late in 2010 and is no longer in business, and I will no longer be going there to sample their great sausages.

Sad News about the Amarillo

The AmarilloTexas-Style Barbecue Restaurant closed the fall of 2010. All the fixtures and recipes were auctioned off in November 2010. No more delicious brisket or featherbones. For 20 years the best barbecue in Omaha. My wife and I are trying to find a replacement.
