This is the second time my insurance company has used these people,it has taken over 6 hours the first time,and they never showed. my insurance company had to call,and pay a tow company they dont usually use to do it. Then today i've waited over 7 hours 5 phone calls to my insurance company,and i still don't have a vehicle. I am making a call to my insurance company,and the road side assistance...

This company is garbage, if you need a tow call anyone else since they might actually show up. They take hours longer then should be and are very rude. I've seen they like to scam people with extra fees on top of being a trashy company. If your broke down waiting for these people you might as well give up because they aren't showing up anytime soon, good luck.
