Terrible customer service. My wife called and left a message asking for information about buying a part for a refrigerator. The employee who called her back was rude and condescending and started insulting her because she didn't have the information on hand. We chose to go a couple of extra days without a refrigerator rather than give them our business.

i had them out today to repair a few of my appliances since my washer was out i had them repair a couple others that were under the weather,

well i saved a lot of money with discounts on doing more than one appliance i was really surprised they gave discounts for that but pleased.

the fixed the washer first and i was glad they did it was out for three days and you know oh it all piles up...

i had a oven problem a few months back and called 24 hr appliance repair,
they repaired it and i kept a card never know when you may need them again, so about a week ago my water heater stopped heating and you know how bad that is no hot showers or hot water to do dishes real bad news.

i called them and they told me they would have a man out in a little bit, so he was here pretty fast and that...
