OUTRAGEOUS is the word. It was a mistake to not have agreed on the price beforehand. We will never have our wedding photographs because he asks for an outrageous price for the pictures alone, after we have already paid for the photographer. My sister's high school used this company to take pictures for the 2005 prom. The school had no information as to when the pictures would be ready , but worst of all, when you called the company, they were EXTREMEMLY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. The pictures had been paid for and my sister couldn't get any information as to what was going on and when they would be available. NEVER get services from...

I had a "funny" feeling about this guy all alone! He barely even makes the right appointments, and He's a un professional "dufus" on the phone! Granted the photos advertied in the window are beautiful,....but PLEASE!!!
