Horrible secretary!!! This place does not care about the babies at all, they are doing a credit check before accepting new patients. We couldn't get pass the secretary SHANNON 636-3066 to make an appointment. We called twice, spent 20 minutes on the phone with her trying to make appt or our baby. Shannon was incredibly rude, unprofessional, offensive, and confused. At first she was arguing that the MD would not see our baby because the baby had a health insurance. Then when we said that we are willing to pay cash, she said that MD would not accept any baby without health insurance. She...

I would highly recommend Dr Alvarado to any parent. My daughter has been a patient since birth and will continue into her teens. We are in good hands with Pediatrics of Brevard and so will you.
