My family convinced me this credit union is awesome.... so yesterday my wife and I chose to open a line of credit to see how well this bank may work for us. It took the loan officer from open to close to complete the paperwork. When we joined Altra, they had rates that were equal or better than their competitors, and their service was outstanding. After recent interactions with them, my opinion of them has changed 100%. Their online banking program is not stable, their rates are worse, and the customer service is no longer aimed towards the members.

This is a great place to get a car loan financed. They helped me refinance a car loan with a high interest rate into one that was more affordable. They are quick and reliable. They provide excellent customer service and their online banking is easy to use.
