I have never had such horrible service. The woman who did my hair did everything you should NOT do when handling someone's hair. Also the owner who sat there and watched as this woman literally...

The best stylist is who knows which is the best haircut for you. Once my stylist even apologized for the long time he spent with my hair, but he did a perfect job.
