Ken was WONDERFUL and Im not just saying that!
The house he sold for me had been a rental, had been trashed and was a probate sale. There was no hope for a conventional loan. As soon as we put it up for sale he quickly (within a week) called me with five offers and we sold at full price!

Three years ago we enlisted MATEL Property Management to oversee the rental of our property in Modesto, we live out of state. Every month we were sent a very detailed summary of activities, any cost entailed as well as our check. Whenever I had a question, our property manager was very prompt, knowledgeable and helpful.
