Took two jeans to be taken up, so a pretty basic alteration. Yet it took a whole week to get them back. Their work on the jeans was ok, the jeans came out a little shorter than I asked for. I do not think I would take anything that required finer detailed work for them to alter.

Very disappointing. Got a spot on my dress, didn't start working on it until AFTER my pickup date/time. I had to sit in the parking lot and wait 2 hours while she rushed to put it together. Then told me that she had other customers to wait on. Gave me $10 off, but that hardly accounts for my time (I took off work to get it) that my kids and I had to sit in the car and also for the gas for the...
