HORRIBLE experience. If you deal with customers, please do so with respect. If you are condescending to folks, stop it. If you are passive aggressive with folks, stop it. Stopped by Altec after hearing them advertised on KSGF radio. Needed emergency repair service for my business computer, but they require pre-payment by credit card before making a service call.
