Altec has always taken care of my computers over the years. Every time I have a problem they take care of it that day. As a small business owner Altec has saved me hundreds of dollars in lost time.
Altec has a ton of cool parts and pieces for you computer. They are a great company to work with and I have never had a problem with their refurbished computers. Keep up the good work guys!
Horrible service and horrible advice. I believe they are more interested with selling overpriced hardware to poor people than actually giving decent IT service.
Be sure you know who you talk to when you go into Altec. They have 17 employees, and the price quoted by some is not the price upheld by others.

I enjoyed shopping here because the retail employees didn't try to mislead me to get the bigger sale. They told me strait up expert advise on what the best course of action would be for me. On top of that they didn't make me feel like "just another customer," they really try to get to know you in order to give the best advice.
Windows wouldn't start on my Dell laptop so I brought it in to Altec. I told the technician the situation, and he acted like he already knew what the problem was and how to fix it. That was very impressive. In just a few short days he had my laptop back up and running better than it did before.
