A contractor true to his word and one who kept in contact with you to let you the status of the job. If he was going to be 15 minutes late he always called and let me know.
The work was done the correct way and showed thought that other contractors didn't put into doing my job.

Very honest and hard working. He does not price gouge! All other contractors were trying to take advantage of sandy storm victims. He priced the job as it should be. I have a const. Background, price quoted was the same at the end unlike other contractors that try to make more money for silly add-ons. Alta had to reschedule but communication was good (that's just part of construction!). Overall...
