They charged my 83 year-old grandmother $750 to fix a leaky faucet, and made her go buy the parts at Home Depot, which cost an additional $78. My Dad called Scott to notify him that this was wrong, and that it sounded like they were taking advantage of an elderly woman. He agreed to look into it, and then he did nothing. Horrible company. Do not give them your business.

I have a maintenance contract with them...they came and checked my plumbing. Found that Two of the toilets needed a flapper and valve. I asked the cost and was told $432.75 EACH!!! I said what??? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are Dishonest and will price gouge! So glad we stopped them when we did and found a reputable plumber to expose that they didn't do the work they said they did. Instead of thousands of dollars the reputable plumber did the work for a few hundred dollars. Will be checking YELP from now on! These other reviews would have made us run from this dishonest company.
