Hello Michael, we are sorry that you feel your grandmothers experience was not what you hoped it'd be but after several phone calls and attempts to rectify previous plumbers work, your grandmother was unhappy once time to collect our payment had arrived. We were always courteous, responded promptly and tried to resolve any and all issues she was having at the time she had called. Bob, who has been in plumbing and service work for over 50 years, was kind and respectful and your grandmother just was not in a position to listen. She became very agitated and Bob did everything in his power to try and placate her and resolve the situation kindly. Yelling and screaming at our valued customers is just not something we do. We do try our best to work with our customers and keep you happy, as that is our main goal. Again, sorry it didn't work out and we wish it were different.
