Excellent selection. Plenty for everyone. The whole party had good things to say about their stay and the overall quality at Ayres Lodge.
When I got there, the doors were closed forever. The place was a San Diego institution. Folks came from miles around for family get togethers, business meetings, celebrations, karaoke in the bar, etc. Across time and 3 owners, in the last 10 years the place degenerated into a hangout bar with a mostly empty restaurant.
