Our baby girl was born on on 1/12 at 2pm. My husband called to set up a pick up and someone from Fedex was there within an hour. We now received an email from Alphacord stating that everything has been succesfully processed and stored.

I rated this sorry for rating but it wouldn't let me post without doing so. I need to know if this is a trustworthy and good organization not just with price but customer service and storing and the payments service as well. Please any and all information from people with their prior experiences will help!! I WANT PEOPLE THAT HAVE REALLY USED THIS SERVICE TO RESPOND PLEASE!!

We've been storing our sons cord blood since 2011. We made the decision easily to store for emergency purposes. You never know what could happen and the benefits are amazing. Definitely comforting to know we have access to a potential life saver if needed!

After doing so much research before deciding which co. to use, we're very disappointed with AlphaCord. Our daughter was born on a Saturday around 1:30 pm, and my husband called for pick up of the cord blood kit. They said they wouldn't have anyone until Monday and they weren't sure what time.
