I really do recommend them. They went beyond the call of business service for me. Only to find out that what i wanted didn't work on my end.Returned the part with no problem. I love these people.

Very inexpensive pricing. Friendly staff. Just a pleasure to be treated well and not pay an arm and a leg. I would HIGHLY recommend using Alpha. I feel more comfortable dropping off my computer to the folks at Alpha and knowing who those who are fixing it than taking it to a big box store and wondering who has their hands on my information.
