We will never shop at Almvig's again.

The purchasing process went well enough. We got a good deal on a washer/dryer unit during their black friday sale and were glad to find a place to take our business in the neighborhood. Things went south when it came to the delivery of the unit and customer service following our payment.

We scheduled the delivery a month in advance as I, the wife, needed to take time off work to be there when Almvig's delivered the unit. Almvig's had my contact information and knew that I would handle the delivery part of the purchase. They were supposed to call to...
