We were in Chicago for a long weekend and needed some relaxation time. Once you walk in the door, the atmosphere at Allyu is very relaxing; the décor, the music, the incense burning, the friendly ladies at the front desk - very nice. I'd prefer to give negative stars if possible. Came here a few months ago to have my eyebrows done, and was left with thin and sparse eyebrows. I liked the spa. The services were excellent. Erin was an excellent masseuse. However, it is very expensive and a no frills spa compared to others of similar price. There is only one shower which you have to reserve. They only have water and nothing else - no fruits or nuts, etc. The chairs were hard benches and very uncomfortable if you are waiting for a while. My friend recommended this place and I went very next day. My skin needed a good care so I had an amazing facial experience here. I'm thinking now to buy a membership cause spa was really great! I will be your regular customer for sure !!
