In July I contacted Allways Locksmith of Edmonds because my Baldwin lock was broken and their ad indicated they handled Baldwin. Unable to repair, I had a replacement lock installed for a cost of almost $700. Six months later the lock wouldn't work and appeared to be falling apart. I called to report the problem and the manager wouldn't even call me back to discuss the problem even after I called repeatedly.
