The repairman came to my house to fix my dryer, told my daughter he was here to fix my washer! He spent 30 seconds on the washer, and told her it was fine, she told him he was supposed to fix the dryer, he looked at it for 1 minute, walked out the door saying he knew what was wrong and needed a part. They charged me $80, and then called me and said it would be almost $400 to fix it and they would have to take it to their shop so they could take it all apart. We said forget it, and my husband took it apart, and found a screw had fallen into the back of it. They only showed up so they could rip me off for $80 for a 1 1/2 minute stay at my house. DO NOT CALL THEM
I bought a projection lamp from him for $150 a week ago. For the first 3 days or so it seemed to work great. Now it's saying the lamp is nearing end of life! Supposed to be a new lamp! So I called and they came out to my house and picked up my lcd tv and told me it could be up to $300. My only complaint is they said they would have it back saturday but instead took a whole week. But it was only $200 total so that is cool. And the tv works great again!

terrible place guy came to my house looked at my wash machine said "yes there is a problem with this machine" the bill is $65 I will order you a part what I think is likely wrong with it and come back tomorrow. a week later nothing at all no call no follow up nothing! He stole our $65 only takes checks or cash buyer beware!!!
