This is THE WORST insurance company. Bill and Perry Langer are unprofessional, have piss poor customer service, and do not advocate for their clients.

Extremely rude and arrogant. They have no problem hanging up on their paying customers (read and trust the past reviews). So much for customer service. Bill is a terrible representation of Allstate.
