I had a really bad experience with this office. I got my policies through the after hours number, and was assigned to Bruce Faber. His name and number is on every document Allstate sends me, and everything is "signed" by Bruce Faber. After I cancelled my policy I was charged again, and I contacted Bruce to rectify the problem.
