I have yet to figure out what Blaine Mardis actually DOES as a supposed insurance agent. He gets one star only because you can't rate zero stars!!!

In all my dealings with him I have had to handle all claims, changes, etc. on my own. Even to the point that he claimed he would take care of something only to find out that he had not acted on my issue at all a month and a half later. I had to...
