This is a company you call if you want the job done right the first time. I have done subcontracting repair work for them in the past, and their staff is courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The bad review seems out of character for this company, and you need to keep in mind that you cannot make everyone happy. Roofing companies do not get this large by providing poor service.

This is a horrible company. They came to my mom's house and convinced her that she needed extensive roofing repairs. They had her sign a blank form authorizing them to check with her insurance company as to coverage. They did not give her an estimate of the repairs first.
