I was working out of state, with Allison working with my spouse. There were many many homes to look at and between the two they kept my spouse busy and worked around my schedule. Allison was very helpful and easy to work with.
She teamed with an associate to work on our purchase.
Both were knowledgeable and dedicated to finding us housing
in the areas and price range we were working with. Would use Allison and
teammate (Jamie) again and would recommend them to any buyers or
sellers.

Allison is a great realtor who takes her time, extremely helpful to new buyers, and great at responding. We didn't make an offer (yet!) so can't say anything about negotiation skills. Her company also donated a percentage of commission to charity which I LOVE. Allison and charitable realty team is truly a great choice. I'm grateful for her dedication.

Allison was wonderful throughout the whole buying and selling process! She always stays in contact and she's very knowledgeable. When we had an issue with our lender, she worked quickly to get it solved so we could still close in a timely manner.

Allison was very professional and responsive. She knew the process well, but most importantly she would honestly tell you if she didn't know an answer and then do the research to find the correct answer. Would highly recommend.
