Several employees were rude, unprofessional and uneducated. Billing was very confusing and it seemed as if they were overcharging for rentals.

Has been a great medical equipment supplier until they recently began "robo" dialing to peddle reorders of supplies. Can't get them to take me off the calling list. Too bad!
