I live in Dallas and I use Allied Waste Managemente Service for my business. When I set up the account it was a pain because they missed days and I was left with all the trash. The billing has been another pain; they increase and invent charges and I have had to waste my time to fight over my credit. Another thing is that I signed a three year contract and every time I mention the date of expiration they get frantic saying it's a five year contract. I have to ask for a review everyt single time. I am finishing my contract in June and I am not planning to renew my contract.

I contacted the city I live in because Allied neglected to pick up my trash (residential). The city emailed Allied at least twice with no response from Allied. I contacted the city at least 4 times over a 4 day period to let them know my garbage was still waiting to be picked up.

My trash is still in the front of my home (contained of course) but this is inexcusable!!!

I requested a number to phone Allied myself and was on hold ""for customer service"" for at least an hour! No one ever answered at Allied until I contacted their billing/payment department. One very nice lady whose...
