Dr. Holland treated my 4.2 lb pom and made the life sustainment decisions that were required to quickly diagnose Addison's disease. Her results were easily transferrable to Scooter's regular Vet Animal Clinic in Flanders NJ. If you want your pet to get quality treatment at an effective price - Animal Alliance is the place. They are in the life saving business. Greatest thanks. LC Budd Lake, NJ
Stay away from this place! Some of their veterinarians have no clue as to how to treat animals, in particular Dr. Mandeep Mini. They are all too happy to take your money, and will keep it even if they mess up.
I brought my cat in the middle of the night with an emergency; she was bleeding from her nose and mouth. Dr. Mini told me she was poisoned and needed treatment for that. I left my cat with them and she was treated the next day and night, and I was told to pick her up the next morning. I was charged almost $3000. My cat, however, still had major problems. She was not eating, coughing, and making a snoring noise. Over the weekend she got worse and worse. On Monday I took her to my local vet, who told me she did not seem poisoned at all, but had all the signs of a nasopharyngeal polyp. Upon further examination, he referred her to a specialist. I took my cat to the specialist (at AERA) who operated on her ear. She recovered and is happy and healthy now. I sent Alliance a letter and asked them for my money back, since they misdiagnosed my cat, and charged me almost $3000 for treatment she didn t need. They had her for over 24 hours, yet failed to notice the obvious symptoms that my regular vet recognized within 5 minutes. They did talk to me the first few times I contacted them, but refused to refund anything. Eventually, they no longer responded to my calls. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they ended up with an F rating.
If you want really good emergency care for your animal, go to Animal Emergency and Referral Associates (AERA) in Fairfield; they are EXCELLENT.

STAY AWAY. I don't have time to go into the whole story but lets just say Dr. Holland and her staff are liars. My dog was there for several days and was not well taken care of, he had food stuck all in his hair and smelled of urine when I got him back and he was no better then when he got there. She is in it just for the money. I am not one to go out of my way to bash people but my dog almost didn't walk again because of this place and I would hate for anyone to have to go through what me and my dog went through. Not only did he spend days in the hospital but he then at another facility had to have an MRI and back surgery which I was promised by the alliance staff he would definitely not need. When i came to them and told them my dog stopped walking abruptly and could not stand on his back legs she should have sent me to a neurologist ASAP, but not having my animals best interest at heart she treated him delaying the tx he really needed by a week. This was in the beginning of Sept 2011 he is still not walking properly and the neurologist stated that he was treated right after the incident he would have had a better prognosis. When I called to speak with Dr. Holland and ask her why she didn't send us to a neurologist I was told lie after lie and every time we talked she changed her story. Please, please, please stay away from this place. If you love your pet take them to a reputable place, because this definitely not.
Update: You guys are a joke, posting that I may call you if I want. This is 2 years past the fact. And before I wrote the review I did call several times. No one was willing to help me.

I would honestly give this veterinary practice no stars if I could that's how horrible and despicable this place is! A few years ago I took in a stray kitten that we found outside. She was about 3 years old when we started noticing she wasn't doing well. It was New Years Eve and we took her to this practice since our regular vet was closed for the holidays. We called in advance and they told us to bring her in around 7 in the morning. We got there a half hour early and waited. We kept going up every half hour asking when we would see the veterinarian but they kept shoving us aside while others who got there hours later were taken first. I literally (and there is no exaggeration) waited for 12 hours in the waiting room before they even took me into the exam room. When the doctor finally came into the room she quickly glanced at my cat and told me there was nothing she could do and take her to my regular vet after the holidays. I was beyond p@!%!d and was completely disgusted. My cat passed away 2 days later after my regular vet did everything in their power to help her. I strongly urge EVERYONE to steer clear of this place.
