Signed contract with Glen Latour of Alliance Contracting to complete job at local tea shop in July 2011. It is now October and the job is not even half way complete! Glen Latour has tons of excuses, always gave us the run around and avoids our phone calls. We were such fools to have entrusted him with this project. When confronted, he threaten to pull the permits on the works already done and that he was consulting a lawyer. Never heard from him again and it's been two weeks.
