Bob is a conscientious, thorough and skilled technician who was as polite and courteous as he was adept in his workmanship. Very willing to help. Understood the urgency of the situation and
got the job done within an hour. Although my house did not have an accessible clean out, Bob made one and advised us on how to keep it accessible for future use, if needed.

Bob of Allen's plumbing called within an hour of submitting my request. He listened to the problem I was having made recommendations and showed up when he said he would. Bob conducted himself in a very professional manner and just as important to me I believe he is honest.
