Don't waste your time or money. A guy that helped me doesn't even shoot photography and one girl was unbelievably rude. She called up their orem store and scoffed at my order request on the phone right in front of me. Seriously? At least take it in the back room. Teenagers need to find a different place to work. Buy at B&H! B&H online is the cheapest place for photography products!!

After two order screw ups in a week (an 11x14 that was late and wasn't mounted as requested; a 16x20 order that never got printed, even after waiting 5 days) and watching other customers struggle to get answers in-store (the customer had to ask ""how can I find out more information about X?"" and the response was ""I don't know...do a google search""), I gave up on Allen's Camera at the Orem location at least...
