I'm debating on giving them a one star based on my most (and last) experience with Allen's Camera. I had a very expensive ($15) roll of slide film from a recent vacation developed here. I asked them, as usual to please cut the slides into strips of 4 for me so that they would come back flat and ready to scan. …
