The Allegro apartments have been busy working on getting the outside cleaned up. They just re-paved the whole complex. And as people move out I've noticed the carpets are getting replaced as well. The rent could be cheper and/or lock the resident in at a rate that won't change at each new signing. February will be my 2nd year here and if they up the rent another $100 at this signing I may start...

I have lived in this complex for almost 3 years, and absolutely love it.

The location is central to all Covington has to offer. You can easily walk to plenty of restaurants or retail shopping. It's right off the freeway, so starting my commute is no pain at all.

They are a little expensive but well worth it. They are very friendly and always willing just to have a conversation with me. The apartments look like they were built yesterday. I have lived in Covington my whole life this is the best place I have lived. It is quiet and we can't hear the neighbors at all. You can't even hear the free way. Allergo is located in Covington WA. Overall it is a clean and safe complex. The office staff changes A LOT! So it's hard for issues to be resolved.
None residents seem to find ways into the lock pool area a lot. This has been mentioned to the office several times and they still haven't managed to fix it. Covered parking is an additional monthly fee. There are towing signs located all over the...
