management is horrible. rude, inattentive, incompetent. also, they tow within 10 mins, which is especially irritating because they only provide ~5 visitor spots -- most of which are perpetually filled by some huge trucks. the apartments themselves are nice tho and some units have washing machines.

Allegre apartments in Davis, Ca are GREAT! 1) there is free parking, and I appreciate this dearly because I came from a complex that charged 40$ monthly parking 2) Rent is probably the cheapest...

Maintenance guys are so freaking awesome!! They're really helpful, funny guys! They made my stay at Allegre great! I'll definitely be signing a new lease here again! Pros: Plenty of parking, pool, hot tub, bball courts, close to bike path. Cons: a tad bit far from downtown if you walk, quite a lot of bugs.

Allegre apartments has a good, clean living space, good quality staff and management and were able to respond to maintenance issues quickly. They even were flexible about maintenance hours and met my needs as a tenant. Would recommend.
