Member for over 25 years. Last 5 or so years they have severally went downhill. I would not bank with them now if my life depended on it. Do not care about their customers, unreliable, constant mistakes with I don't care attitude. They have cost me thousands in the process... Moving all my loans, IRA, mortgage to a new bank. Run away from allegacy. If not you will regret it later.
