bought "new" vape for my nic salts from this all stop pipe and tobacco company called "feather by kandy pens" that i brought home n after 10 hits stopped working. upon closer inspection, with scuff marks on box missing instruction manual and missing rubber stoppers for pocket storage guessing was actually sold display model. but brought back and was told will not trade for working model...employees cannot help cutomers or will get fired. so paid fifty bucks for a paperweight. thanks! so everyone needs to be warned about this place of business...for all the money they make, they take no pride in what theyre selling you....long as they get their money, you dont matter...even if its selling you junk, ripping you off is irrelivant. recommend putting purchases on credit card if you have to use this shoddy business so at least you can cancel the transactrion through your credit card company like weve done. if possible avoid even doing business with em. you get better deals better business from tobacco outlet down the road, or elsewhere. pce.

First things first, the manager is amazing! He is friendly, knows what he is talking about, and isn't pressuring you like all the other glass shops around here. The shop is always kept clean and in order. The employees are knowledgable and make the trip their worth it. If you are "inexperienced" in the department, they don't make you uncomfortable... Everything there is priced fairly. Anybody looking for a new business to deal with this is the one!
