WORST SERVICE EVER! COMPLETELY INEPT!

I had to wait two days for a technician to be sent. He then arrived 45 minutes after dispatcher who called ahead said he would. No apologies. I sent him with keys to an apartment to diagnose an oven, and explained I might have to leave before he finished. I did ultimately have to leave. The tech called 1 time, left a voice mail that he was going to order parts (apparently they don't stock much), and said his office would call me to collect the service call fee (which was odd, because his office told me when I set the appointment that fee would be...

Stay away from this appliance repair. Repaired a stator in a washing machine that wasn't even bad, got charged two times for the call out to the house even though they never fixed the problem.

I just had the best service ever! The lady at the office was quite nice and did everything to help me. Even though, I didn't have all my things straight. The technician was polite and also did everything to help me. I got fast service and my refrigerator repaired in no time.
