They messed up my insurance and did 3 fillings beyond what my insurance would cover for the year. When they found the error it was "you think you're shocked, we were really surprised too!" Like the $800 bill I received is somehow more upsetting to them than it was to me. Carelessness caused the issue, then after they fact they acted like it was a hardship for them instead of me.
