Above name says it all!! They were unprofessional, refused to return calls. They came to give us a free estimate, when we asked for the quote to be on a receipt they wrote it on a business card instead!!! Who does that? Anyways I was quoted $4800 on the business card for a complete gut out job. After 3 phone calls to get this in PROPER writing we got a quote for $5,600, also additional fees may apply ($65 per sheet of plywood replaced. Only 4 pieces would be included in the $5,600 price). That is $800 more than originally quoted..LOL what a joke!! Don't trust them will not go with them!!!

Misses appointments. Doesn't return phone calls
Slow, makes promises and doesn't deliver.
My husband and I recently called All Pro after finding them in the yellow pages. We called them and set up an appointment for them to come check otu our roof after getting a small leak. The appointment was set for a Thursday between 9 and 12. My husband took off work to be home for them. They NEVER showed up, and they NEVER even called after that. Don't even bother calling them. There are plenty of other reliable roofers on Staten Island, I'm sure.
