After 3 weeks of delays by the vendor (3 missed apts which I had patiently stayed home for), I have decided to look elsewhere to replace my shower door hinge which they accepted after having sent pictures and being quoted parts and labor. Great job by Kevin. He kept me inform when the product would be in and was on time to install the shower door enclosue. The final product looks great just like in the brochure. Kevin understands the importance of time to not just himself but also to the customer.
